- Your membership number is specified in the email “You have finished registration (登録が完了しました)” which is sent from the site after registration. If you don’t know your membership number, please contact us.
- I forgot my password.
- You can set a new password from reset password.
Email
- I can’t receive emails.
- Please allow for receiving emails from the domain andteam-official.jp in your email settings. Please check the instruction manual of your device or contact your mobile phone company or store for instructions on how to set it up. If an email has failed to be sent, it will not be possible to send emails to that specific email address. If you are unable to receive mail after configuring domain-specified reception, please use a different email address.
